Created in 2017 by Project PAINT artist Freddy Zuniga, this zine explores Prisoners Overcoming Obstacles and Creating Hope (POOCH), a service-dog training program offered on Facility E (Echo Yard) at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility. Through the zine, Zuniga shares his perspective on the program and the connections formed between incarcerated participants and the dogs they train.
