Created during Project PAINT’s Spring 2025 comics course at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility's D Yard, Frame to Frame: Comix From the Inside is a 114-page collection featuring comics by twelve participating artists. Throughout the course, artists explored the history of graphic novels and comics from around the world before developing their own approaches to sequential storytelling. The resulting works range from personal narratives and love stories to science fiction and adventure, bringing together a wide variety of drawing styles, perspectives, and stories.
